Elvis Santana is the President and co-founder of Inspiring Youth for Success (IYFS), a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing life-changing opportunities to young people and bridging them to possibilities beyond their imagination.
In 2016, Elvis Santana was invited to the White House by former first lady Michelle Obama where he was an honoree and speaker for the Reach Higher Initiative program. Elvis spoke on the benefits and opportunities he received throughout his education in the South Bronx, which later motivated him to help others. More specifically, Elvis successfully placed several thousand New York City youths through a partnership with the Department of Youth Curriculum and Development, a large non-profit.
Soon after, Elvis accumulated a decade of experience in youth career advancement, education, and community advocacy, along with furthering policies affecting the economic stability of the most vulnerable population in the country. Recently, Elvis has helped further New York Cities’ plan to create a more transplant cultural relevant education with more funding to aid educators to do more.
Elvis holds a bachelor’s degree from Albertus Magnus College and is an alumni of the Universitat of Salzburg in Austria. Today, Elvis is pursuing additional credentials through the Havard Business School in Strategic Partnership & Leadership.
Natalia Brown is a founding member of Inspiring Youth for Success. She has a long history of supporting other non-profits to help many people achieve financial stability and career success.
Natalia is currently employed at National Debt Relief. She started her career there in 2010 and has served as Chief Client Operations Officer since 2019. She manages a team of more than 400 representatives servicing 200,000+ clients. She has appeared in news outlets nationwide, publications, and podcasts discussing the benefits of financial well-being. Natalia also volunteers at New Women New Yorkers, a nonprofit that focuses on supporting immigrant women in New York Natalia sits on the advisory board of Four Steps Forward, a program that aims to financially educate one million black women over the next five years founded by The American College of Financial Services. She is an executive board member for the American Fair Credit Council, which seeks to regulate and promote the debt settlement industry.
Natalia is a certified debt specialist and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Lehman College and is pursuing a master’s in operations and project management from Southern New Hampshire University.
Filiberto was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and in 2009, he moved to New York City to live with his family. Filiberto is a Mathematics teacher at the New York City Department of Education and is an Adjunct Professor at Hostos Community College (CUNY). Feliberto attended the Cuny Language Immersion Program (CLIP) at Bronx Community College in 2011 and 2012. Mr. Feliz graduated with an associate’s degree in Civil Engineering from Hostos Community College in 2014. In 2017 he graduated from The City College of New York, majoring in Political Science. After graduating from City College, Feliberto went to Lehman College and received his M.S.Ed in Mathematics Education in 2020.
Today, Feliberto has dedicated his teaching credentials and love for education to help build a cross-cultural and cohesive partnership with partners equipped to bring opportunities to student classrooms.
Bianca is the Director of Projects for Inspiring Youth for Success (IYFS). Her concentration is successful program management, event organization, and campaign execution.
Bianca is also the Director of Client Success Projects and Operations for National Debt Relief (NDR), a BBB A+ accredited business that helps consumers get out of debt without loans or bankruptcy. She joined NDR in 2019 as Reconciliation Manager for the Payment Specialist Banking team. Bianca led the team to strategically identify system roadblocks and create processes to improve existing procedures. In 2021 she transitioned to Project Manager to oversee large and often complex projects for the Client Success team, providing leadership and direction for successful project completion. Bianca has over nine years of experience in the financial services industry, including previous employment at JPMorgan Chase Bank, TD Bank, and New York Life Insurance Company.
Additionally, from 2013 to 2017, Bianca contributed entertainment services to the Lauren Beam Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to making a difference in the lives of young women and men battling cancer. She also led numerous Relay For Life fundraising events for the American Cancer Society at New York University.
Bianca has a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University and is currently pursuing her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Herbert is the Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder of Inspiring Youth for Success. As alumni of Lehman College and business manager, Herbert decided to use his 15 years of business to influence the lives of young people throughout New York and other inner cities throughout the United States. Herbert’s journey began working in upper management departments in organizations such as F.A.O Schwarz and one of the largest retail stores, TJ Maxx.
Over the years, Herbert understood first-time job seekers needed more comprehensible skills to compete in the job market. Soon after, Herbert began working with non-profit organizations aiding impoverished and underserved communities through employment, intensive training programs, and a pathway to long-term economic stability. With his overall experience as a job creator, entrepreneur, and business owner, Herbert decided to help create a direct opportunity for young people through IYFS.
